Delivery, Cancellation and returns policy

Important information to read


 

1. Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind once you have placed an order, we can still be friends. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, if the item hasn't been dispatched, for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at

hello@bw-homeware.co.uk  with your order number, and request for cancellation. Our team will get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours.

 

If your item has been despatched, there will be a cancellation fee of around £50. This is because we have already paid to ship your order. In some cases for double pallet deliveries the deliveries cost us £120+ VAT. 

Please note, if your item has already been dispatched and either in transit to you, or delivered there will be a cost for the return delivery. So, please let us know before dispatch if this is the case.

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns for 30 days after the item has been delivered to you. If you wish to return your order, please email us at hello@bw-homeware.co.uk, with your order number and reason for return, and someone will come back to you within a maximum of 24 hours. Once your return has been accepted you will have 7 days to arrange for this to get back to us, and an address will be provided. Due to the size of the order, if you are unable to organise this yourself we can do so on your behalf.

Please note, we do not pay for returns. If you choose for us to organise the return, the amount will be deducted off the refund amount. Return costs vary dependent on post code but range from £50-100 per pallet. This figure may vary depending on the size of the furniture and pallets required. For returns, furniture and other items must be unused and in a sellable condition. Once returned to us in our warehouse, we will inspect your order and process a refund within 2 working days.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise we will have to charge a re packaging fee of 30 GBP.

3.Manufacturing faults

In the very rare case of a manufacturing fault ( Very rare), please email us at hello@bw-homeware.co.uk within 24 hours. If there is a manufacturing fault, we will arrange collection or replacement. If you do not accept a replacement we will not cover the cost of the return.  If you do not wish to accept a replacement, you will need to cover the costs of the return.  In the rare instance your furniture arrives damaged, dependent on the level of damage we may offer a partial discount, return or replacement. It is at our discretion what discount we offer.

4. Delivery details

Due to the size of the item, we use a pallet service with is either TPN connect or the pallet network. Every item you see listed for sale is delivered in 3-5 working days from placing the order.  Please note that all Pallet deliveries are Kerbside only. 

Please note, most of our stock is 90% assembled and requires minimal assembly, but we do not offer an assembly service or removal of boxes.

We ship to mainland UK free of charge. For areas of the Scottish Highlands ( AB post codes), channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, there locations have a surcharge, please contact us directly. Sadly, we do not ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

If you have a preferred delivery day, you can contact us on hello@bw-homeare.co.uk with your order number, and we can book this in. We provide your telephone number on your order to our courier who will also contact you to book in your preferred delivery day.

We offer next day delivery for an additional 40 GBP, option available at check out.
